Last night’s run was hard.
Five minute warm-up as always, 2 different 5-minute running intervals, and one 8-minute one. Just about killed me.
Kinda felt like I had sand in my legs.
Like, my legs were hollow and someone mean had come along and poured sand in them up to my thighs.
Wish I could figure out why some runs are easier than others.
I’m thinking it has to do with what I eat or drink during the day.
Not enough water? Bad running night.
Just a little protein throughout the day? Bad running night.
Absolutely no chocolate or sweets of any kind? REALLY bad running night!
Yep. Gotta get more sweets and chocolate.
